2. Returns

You may return items within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thecoolguyclubs@gmail.com within the 15-day window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received the RMA number:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase along with the item.

Return shipping charges will be covered or reimbursed by us.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to three (3) days from receipt of the item for processing.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

5. Store Credit

If you do not contact us within the 15-day return window, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can issue you store credit for the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Exceptions

If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at the contact details below. We will arrange for a full refund or exchange.

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been altered or used.
